The Ghana-born British pop-soul singer Myles Sanko pours honey and velvet from his voice, while the brass and groove evoke memories of Fasching’s past Blacknuss nights. Sanko arrives at Fasching with his tight-knit seven-piece band, where pianist Tom O’Grady steers the compositions toward jazz.
With his deep, warm voice, Sanko recalls soul legends like Bill Withers and Al Green — intimate, sensitive, and slick pop-soul. Now he’s coming to Stockholm with his new album “Won’t Be Lonely.”
