The versatile Bernhoft – guitarist, songwriter, artist from Oslo, Norway is finally back with his distinctive and timeless sound. Bernhoft is releasing his new album in 2023 and in connection with the release he is going on a tour around Europe and will also land at Fasching to play songs from both the new record and as well as old favourites!
Bernhoft started his solo career in 2008 when he released his album Ceramik City Chronicles which immediately went to the top of the Norwegian charts. In recent years, he has also become a hot name internationally and has been a guest on both Conan O’Brien and the Ellen DeGeneres Show. His albums are now acclaimed worldwide and his tours are sold out. The album Islander, which came out in 2014, is among other things inspired by Swedish pop and Stevie Wonder’s pioneering soul and received a GRAMMY nomination for the year’s best R&B album.
