Andreas Hourdakis Quartet

Few Swedish guitarists are as versatile as Andreas Hourdakis. In recent years, he has played concerts on everything from historic jazz stages and sweaty rock clubs to Sweden’s largest arenas.
In a jazz context, his participation with Magnus Öström’s band, Lars Danielsson, Karin Hammar, Ceacilie Norby, Jeanette Lindström and Sebastian Studnitzky, etc. has brought him to some of Europe’s most respected jazz scenes – but in all contexts in which he participates, his personal sound is unmistakable.
Earlier this year, ANDREAS HOURDAKIS released the album “Report To Keftiu” with his newly formed quartet. The group includes some of Sweden’s leading jazz musicians – Jonas Östholm (piano), Martin Höper (double bass) and Jon Fält (drums).

Lira wrote in his review about the new album, “Everyone delivers at a high level, not least Andreas Hourdakis himself, who plays brilliantly throughout the album.”
