Rory Allen Philip Ferreira, a.k.a. R.A.P. Ferreira formerly known as Milo and Scallops Hotel, is an American rapper, producer, philosopher and poet living in Nashville, Tennessee.
Ferreira is known for his uncompromising, utopian flow where he combines rap with jazz down to the molecular level.
R.A.P. Ferreira gained a following the release of the first two projects, I Wish My Brother Rob Was Here and Milo Takes Baths. He was noticed by rappers Busdriver and Open Mike Eagle, who Ferreira then went on his first tour with and signed to their label, Hellfyre Club.
From Nashville, Ferriera runs his record label Ruby Yacht, immerses himself in the art of guitar playing with the ambition to become, as he puts it: blues guitar legend and farmer.
Now this multi-faceted musician and word artist comes to Fasching together with colleague AJ Suede – known for his psychedelic amalgamation of East Coast and Northwest – and in a joint set under the name G’s US.
