Music has always been in Judith Hill’s life. The cover photo of the debut album Back In Time depicts a very young Judith Hill playing a small electric organ. It is not surprising that she chose the music. Her parents are bassist Robert “Peewee” Hill and keyboardist and pianist Michiko Hill.
Her voice has been praised by the respected Rolling Stone Magazine, who listed her as one of the ten new artists to watch out for, and she is truly a soul and funk star of the highest order. She recorded her debut album together with Prince and his band in Paisley Park. Before that, she contributed her voice to the “King of Pop’s” This Is It.
