What Information Do We Collect via Facebook?
Our app, Fasching Event Manager, is designed solely to help us manage events and communicate with our audience through Facebook. When you interact with our app, we may collect the following information via Facebook:
- Your public Facebook profile name
- Information about Facebook events on our page
- Permission to post reminder messages in our official Facebook group
We do not use this data for marketing, sales, or any commercial purposes. The data is strictly used to:

✅ Post reminder messages in our official Facebook group before upcoming events
Any Facebook data collected by our app is stored only within Facebook’s platform and is never downloaded or stored on Fasching’s servers.
What Other Information Do We Collect?
In addition to Facebook data, we collect limited personal information when you purchase tickets or sign up for event updates. This may include:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
All payment transactions are handled securely by our trusted third-party provider, Nortic. Fasching has no access to payment details such as credit card numbers or bank account information.
If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter or opt in for updates about similar events, we may save your email address to send you information about upcoming concerts and events, including Stockholm Jazz Festival.
We use Meltwater as our newsletter provider. By subscribing, you consent to Meltwater storing your email address.
How Do We Use Your Information?
We use the collected information to:
- Manage guest lists at events
- Communicate important information about our events
- Send relevant updates about Fasching’s activities and Stockholm Jazz Festival
We do not use this data for targeted advertising or sell data to third parties.
How Do We Store and Protect Your Information?
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Any Facebook data collected by our app is stored only within Facebook’s platform and is not stored separately by Fasching.

If you would like us to delete any data we have collected about you, you can:
